We come to the end of Season 7! Will everyone survive? Or will it be a bloodbath like the last season finale?? It's a super long episode. Better enjoy it, because the final season won't air till probably 2019!
WHAT AN EPISODE!!! MY GUTS ARE SO WRENCHED NOW!!! (There are way more exclamations and CAPS in this post than usual, but I think you'll agree that this episode deserves it! So forgive me for sounding over-excited, because I was while watching it.)
New plans are made, new alliances are formed, and Cersei becomes madder. All par for the course on Game of Thrones.
I didn't know if I could get this instant reaction post out on time as I'll be away from tonight for the next few days, but luckily I managed to do it. What an exciting episode!
An epic meeting years in the waiting, a tussle of wills befitting everyone involved, and Cersei gets her revenge. There's a lot of taunting in this episode. Jaime gets slapped in the face for his kindness once again.
What a defeated ending to an episode that starts out so promisingly! It started off with Dany finding new allies, and more allies pledging to her cause, and ended up with two major new allies incapacitated.
Here we go again. A new Game of Thrones season begins -- the second-last time it will do so as we near the end. And so resumes my weekly instant reaction posts.
While looking through my many drafts, I found this post from almost two years ago. I never got around to polishing it, or by the time I did, it was already two months after the fact, which made me embarrassed to show how long I had procrastinated, so I just left it there. Though a bit outdated, I still have the same sentiments, so might as well let it see the light of day now.
From the brief smattering of reactions that I saw on the internet, this season?series? finale has got really mixed reviews, with tons of people who hated it and tons others who loved it.
