Having posted my "must-see" movies of this summer a few weeks ago, here's the long-delayed Part 2 where I list down the movies I'm less enthusiastic about. I started this post in April, so a few of these movies are already in cinemas, or have finished their run. But I feel the same about them as I did before, so I've let them remain.

There are blockbusters, and there are *BLOCKBUSTERS* — the latter arriving in theatres screaming themselves hoarse with whizzbang special effects and ostentatious, ubiquitous publicity campaigns. Transformers: Age of Extinction falls firmly on the extreme end of the latter category, and will probably remain the end point of the scale until Michael Bay tops it, once again, with the untitled-but-practically-guaranteed Transformers 5.
